Product Authenticity at Dubai-Aroma: We assure the authenticity of all our products. Shop with confidence for original, non-counterfeit items, sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers.

Product Images and Color Accuracy: The images on our website serve as illustrations and might not precisely reflect the actual product. This is particularly true for cosmetics where the actual colors may vary slightly due to photographic and printing limitations.

Packaging Details: Some of our products are sold without their original boxes or lids. While we display images of fully packaged items for reference, rest assured these products are brand new and unused. Your order placement signifies your acceptance of this packaging condition.

Stock Availability and Pricing: Please note that our stock levels and prices, listed in South African Rands and inclusive of VAT, are subject to change.

Order Confirmation Process: Once your order is placed, modifications are not possible. We encourage customers to review their order details thoroughly before finalizing.

Promotions and Voucher Use: Each order can only utilize one promotional or voucher code. These codes are valid for online or telephonic orders only.

Special Offer Periods and Price Guarantee: Enjoy our special offers during designated periods. Plus, our new price guarantee policy: if an item’s price drops within 7 days of your purchase, you're entitled to a refund of the difference.

Price-Matching Policy: At Dubai-Aroma, we do not offer price-matching.

Complaints Resolution: We acknowledge written complaints within 7 working days and aim for immediate acknowledgment when possible, keeping you informed throughout the resolution process.

Data Protection Assurance: Adhering to the Data Protection Act, your details are safe with us and not shared without your explicit consent.

Security Checks on Orders: To ensure security, orders might undergo additional verifications. We may request alternative payment methods or cancel orders if verification is incomplete.

Order Acceptance Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and may deliver only to the Billing Address for certain orders.

Handling Stock Shortages: If an item is out of stock or cannot be dispatched, we will inform you promptly and process refunds or non-charges for unavailable items. We do not offer additional compensation for these inconveniences.

Returns Policy for Couriered Goods: Returns will be refunded for the product cost, excluding shipping. If needed, please reorder.

Faulty or Promotional Item Returns: Note that return postage for faulty or promotional items is not covered by us.

Delayed or Missing Order Policy: Orders are considered 'missing' only after 21 days post-dispatch. Report any non-receipt within 30 days of dispatch.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for delivery delays or damages caused by events beyond our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Items Procedure: For any incorrect or damaged items received, we offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage, upon receipt of the returned item.
